Module heavy-load systems provide a great number of opportunities for transportation companies. SPECPRICEP was one of the first companies in Russia that started designing and manufacturing these trailers. Today, the trailer package includes dozens of options depending on the customers’ preferences.

UNIVERSAL FEATURES OF SEMI-TRAILERS

Module platforms vary depending on the number of axles, overall dimensions and loading capacity. They can be coupled both longitudinally and diametrically. The coupled module systems allow users to carry cargoes up to 400 tons without any limitations in terms of length and width.

The universality of this semi-trailer is achieved because of using the hydraulic suspension, which allows users to adjust the platform height, its inclination and rotation angle (up to ±70°). Meanwhile, the platform’s position remains horizontal because of the huge travel of the suspension (±300mm).

OPERATION AND FEATURES OF SEMI-TRAILERS

Using high-quality imported steel and European components in production of module low bed semi-trailers guarantees their strength and durability. Unique structural elements make operation of semi-trailers simple and reliable. In particular, it is achieved by using hydraulic goosenecks, which maintain optimum load on the tractor’s fifth wheel; forced steered axles control system, which guarantees high maneuverability; EBS system with the function of anti-overthrow, which gives stability to the platform; radio control, etc.

Upon the request, semi-trailer can be equipped with an on-board computer, flashing beacon, as well as they can be painted and marked with the customer’s logo (the options are in the “Extra Features” section).

As well any other products of SPECPRICEP, module systems have a warranty period, over the course of which the company carries out technical maintenance. After the warranty expires, over the course of the machine operation time, the employees of the service center and spare parts and components sales department will help customers to choose necessary materials of the highest quality that are delivered directly from the manufacturers.
